Empowering Leaders in Underserved Communities is a practical, faith-informed learning experience from CLLEF for current and future mentors, educators, administrators, and motivated graduates serving low- to moderate-socio-economic communities. Through real-world leadership and education strategies connected to CLLEF’s mission honoring Reverend Bernyce Clausell, you’ll build skills to strengthen student outcomes, improve school culture, and grow community partnerships. By the end, participants will be able to design a mentoring and leadership plan, apply workshop-ready facilitation practices, set measurable goals, and prepare a personal service roadmap—so learners and teams leave with clear next steps, improved confidence, and actionable tools to uplift their community.
