Dozens of former students, staff, and close friends gathered at Calvary Baptist Church to honor local legend Rev. Dr. Bernyce Hall Clausell. One by one, they shared how their lives were shaped by her leadership, ministry, and unwavering love. Her daughter, Aaronetta Clausell‑Frison, said she hopes everyone who hears her mother’s story will live up to those same values and pass them on. Organizers are now working to create scholarships in Dr. Clausell’s honor so future students can carry her legacy forward.
