Pathways to Success: Career Development and Community Uplifting Strategies is a practical, faith-and-values-informed course that equips students, educators, administrators, and community leaders in low- to moderate-socio-economic areas with tools for career growth and community impact. Through mentorship-focused lessons, participants will learn to identify strengths, build actionable career plans, strengthen workplace and classroom readiness, and apply community uplifting strategies rooted in leadership and learning. By the end of the course, learners will produce a personal career roadmap, a skills-and-support checklist, and a community action plan they can implement with local partners—supporting scholarship pathways, mentorship networks, and long-term leadership development.
